And your criminal history is worse than theirs.

They want to move in ASAP.

So you sign the killer lease and email it over.

Six hours later - no response.

Hmm…

You fire off a text confirming they got the email.

”Hey, sorry. Got busy. It’s on the way.”

Next day - still nothing.

You’re starting to call BS.

Trouble is, you signed the lease.

And didn’t give them “x” amount of time to sign.

Pro tip: Tenants sign the lease first.

You stay in control.

And move on if they don’t move in.
