We don't have hard data on this

Apr 30, 2023

"It can't be that easy," said a Legal Plan Member.

"I serve the eviction notice, then sit back and relax?"

You got it, bud!

It's kinda hard to believe, you know...

Given Illinois' love affair with Tenants.

But it's true.

If you serve the right eviction notice, your work is pretty much done.

Well, at least until your Tenant gives the notice a hard swipe left and ignores it like a bad Tinder match.

Alexa, turn off social media notifications.

Here's the deal:

Serve the right eviction notice, then wait and see what happens.

Don't let your big heart get in the way, either.

Serve the notice, then shut up.

Remember, you can't evict them until the time has run - so hold your horses.

And get these hired guns to sue if they don't get out.

Shout out to our good-lookin' Legal Plan Member who asked this question during a free call with our lawyers.  We told him the same thing we told you - serve the notice then wait.
