Some juicy landlord-tenant gossip

May 17, 2023

We got a bone to pick with this idiot.

A guy wanted to rent from a legal plan member.

But found the idea of this rental application insulting.

And even claimed that requiring two months' rent plus a security deposit was illegal.

Can you believe it? The nerve!

That's like saying you can't put ketchup on your hot dog. Blasphemy!

You know we wouldn't lie to ya.

So, gather 'round - let's set the record straight.

Charging two months' rent and a security deposit is legal.

You have every right to demand that sweet coin before the Tenant moves in.

Unless a local law says otherwise, you're golden!

So ya, maybe give a hard pass to folks like this.
