If you served it right, their shot is up.
The notice is still good.
The eviction still moves forward.
Paying rent after the 5-Day Notice doesn't work.
Just don't accept the money.
If it hits your account,
Give it back. Reject. Whatever.
If you keep the money, they may get to stay.
