Have we met?

Dec 27, 2021

Good friends are hard to find.

And when you do, rooming together makes sense.  Sometimes.

Your Tenant wants to give it a shot.

She called to let you know her *new* BFF moves in this weekend.

Catch that?!?  She didn't ask you.  She told you.

Hmm...

Can your Tenant move someone in without your consent?

No.  You approve all Tenants.  No exceptions.

But before you go breaking this Tenant's heart, remember that happy Tenants make happy Landlords.

And you'll get another person on the hook.

If you let a new Tenant join, make sure you can get them out if things go South.

And don't shoot from the hip.

Rental applications.  Background checks.

You know the drill.
